Bug Fixes
We made some changes to Oshur's rotation in the game:
- Added conditions to the continent rotation so that Oshur is not equivalent to the other Warzones and will instead come up at a reduced frequency
- Created a unique alert for Oshur that activates quickly to no pre-conditions so that even when Oshur appears in the rotation we can cap how long it is active for
- Friends list now shows the presence of friends online and displays new friends
- Outfit chat should work 100% of the time now after today's fix
